A graduate of NYU who went on to complete a competitive residency at NYU Langone Health’s operating rooms, Alexandra has worked at the bleeding edge of complex surgery — including gender affirmation, reconstructive urology, and elite plastic procedures — alongside some of the most respected surgeons in New York City. Her hands-on experience in high-stakes, high-skill, and high-expectation environments shaped her vision and belief of what healthcare should be: discerning, intentional, and compassionate.
